The mobile client for a marketplace where small businesses change hands. Brokers list businesses for sale, buyers discover them, request and sign NDAs, exchange documents and move a deal through its milestones. An AI assistant sits across the whole journey: it extracts a listing from uploaded documents, builds a buyer persona, edits profiles and answers questions in a chat thread that knows which screen you are on.

Three account types share one app. Brokers publish and manage listings, folders and shared files and watch a dashboard of listings, users and deals. Buyers browse, favourite, request NDAs, sign PDFs and chat inside a deal. Firms get seat management and an admin view. A single login can hold both a broker and a buyer organisation and switch between them at runtime.

Money and identity are real integrations, not mocks: Stripe subscriptions with plan changes, seat adjustments and saved payment methods, and bank verification through Plaid Link.
